15 members of the CA Speech and Debate team traveled to Chicago over the weekend of November 17th-19th to compete in the Glenbrooks tournament hosted by Glenbrook North and South High Schools; the largest tournament in the country hosted by a high school. CA had two students clear to the elimination rounds as Cade Spector and Sajaan Patel both advanced to the semifinals of Congressional Debate placing them in the top 60 of 212 entries.
Seven members of the Lincoln Douglas Debate squad traveled to Philadelphia over the weekend of November 17th to 19th to compete in the Villiger Speech and Debate Tournament hosted by St. Joseph's University. The team had an outstanding showing has 3 LDers advanced to the elimination rounds, the largest number of any school. Viraj Shah and Milen Patel both reached the quarterfinal round before losing, while Krishan Guzzo was eliminated in the octafinal round.
45 members of the Cary Academy Speech and Debate team made the short trip down the street to Cary High School to compete in the fourth Dogwood League tournament of the year. The team finished the day as the sweepstakes runner-up with many individual student placements contributing to the team's showing. Those were:

The following students individual performances contributed to the team's overall victory.
