36 members of the Cary Academy Speech and Debate traveled to Croatan High School in Newport, North Carolina to participate in the thrid Dogwood Speech and Debate League tournament of the year. CA won overall team sweepstakes just as it has at the first two Dogwoods of the season with strong showings across a wide range of different events. Individual student placements were as follows:
